I have an existing account for the customer portal and a new phone. How do I reset my Authenticator?

Please contact Customer Support at customersupport@paradigma.nl. They will be happy to help you reset the Authenticator.

I am logged into the customer portal, but where can I find our employees' details and how can I report employees sick?

The customer portal provides insight into invoices, contracts, your company data, our full range of services, and relevant news. This allows you to manage your administration quickly and easily.

As a customer, you also use paraDIGMA Online, De Arbodienst's absence registration and communication system, to register absences. Both portals exist side by side and each has its own function. You can report sick leave via paraDIGMA Online. If you have any questions about paraDIGMA Online, please contact us at support@humaris.nl.

Why can't I see all companies or branches in the customer portal?

If not all companies or branches are visible, please contact Customer Support at customersupport@paradigma.nl. They will be happy to help you.

May I link a general email address to the customer portal?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link a general email address to an account in the customer portal. Quotations and services can be requested and signed in the portal; these actions must always be traceable to an individual user. In addition, the customer portal uses two-step verification, which requires the account to be linked to a personal email address.

I was unable to create an account. What should I do now?

Check whether you have received an activation link. You can use this link to activate your account. If you receive the message "User ID already exists," first try setting a new password via "Forgot password." If this does not work, please contact Customer Support at customersupport@paradigma.nl.

I am unable to create an account via the activation email.

The activation email is valid for a limited time. If it has been some time since you received the email, please contact Customer Support at customersupport@paradigma.nl. They will be happy to assist you.
