ACT measurement continues under the name Reflact©

Nieuwegein, May 1, 2024 - As of today, the Analytical Competence Tool of paraDIGMA groep, better known as the ACT measurement, continues under the name Reflact© - Human Development Tool. Reflact© is a unique and innovative tool that provides insight into the talents, qualities and potential of individuals, teams and entire organizations on the basis of competencies and images. The new name reflects the values of human development, (self) reflection and action that paraDIGMA groep highly values.

Understanding natural talents and learned patterns

Reflact© helps get to the core quickly during conversations, identify natural talents and also reveal learned patterns that can drain energy. It makes one aware of how a person usually reacts in stressful situations and where this behavior originates. In this way, the tool helps to exhibit more sustainable behavior. paraDIGMA groep has been using the measurement in its daily services to its clients for a number of years, and has held the rights to this unique measurement since August 2023. Every day, Reflact© is used by more than 400 coaches, HR professionals and executives throughout the country.
