paraDIGMA groep and 2grip join forces

paraDIGMA groep has signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of 2grip, a certified occupational health and safety service provider with offices in Nijmegen and Venlo. With this proposed acquisition, paraDIGMA groep is taking the next step in its growth strategy. By joining forces with 2grip, the company will further strengthen its regional presence and expand its combined expertise in occupational health and safety services, prevention, and sustainable employability. This combination creates a solid foundation for providing even better support to employers and employees throughout the Netherlands as they face challenges related to health, employability, and work.

Shared vision, complementary expertise

In recent years, 2grip has built a strong position in the southern and eastern parts of the Netherlands and is known for its high-quality services, pragmatic approach, and entrepreneurial spirit. Like paraDIGMA groep , 2grip believes that sustainable employability begins with capitalizing on opportunities, preventing absenteeism, and providing appropriate support at the right time.

Furthermore, the organizations complement each other well in terms of their services. 2grip has developed a distinctive service model in which the case manager, in collaboration with the company physician, plays a central, advisory role for employers. The expertise and experience gained through this model align well with the services provided by De Arbodienst and offer opportunities to jointly invest in innovative solutions for employers and employees.
