paraDIGMA groep acquires Codex Analysis

Nieuwegein/Vlissingen, September 10, 2026 – The ParaDIGMA Group is set to acquire Codex Analyse, a specialist in payroll cost management and the application of social security laws and regulations. With this proposed acquisition, paraDIGMA groep is taking another step forward in its growth strategy. By joining forces with Codex Analyse, paraDIGMA groep will be able to serve its clients even more comprehensively in the area of sustainable employability, leveraging Codex’s expertise and software in areas such as payroll cost schemes and (often absenteeism-related) subsidies and benefits.

In recent years, the organization has established a strong position as a specialist in labor cost schemes such as the no-risk policy and the labor cost benefit. Codex is also recognized as an expert in the areas of training programs—such as the Practical Learning Subsidy Program—and social security programs—such as the Return to Work Program for Partially Disabled Workers, Social Return on Investment, and the Social Entrepreneurship Performance Ladder. The company is known for its in-depth expertise, proprietary software platform, and high-quality services.

Increase Impact

The ParaDIGMA Group and Codex Analyse complement each other well in terms of content. Codex has developed a distinctive service model that systematically identifies and capitalizes on (grant) opportunities for employers. The expertise and experience gained through this model provide paraDIGMA groep ’s clients with access to new services. This marks the fifth acquisition in a short period of time for paraDIGMA groep , following its previous acquisitions of 2grip, Master Arbo Nederland, ASK Arbo Artsen, and the Arbogezondheidscentrum. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of October 2026. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
