Reiant Mulder appointed CEO of paraDIGMA groep

paraDIGMA groep pleased paraDIGMA groep that Reiant Mulder (48) has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective April 1, 2026. Reiant succeeds Peter Kruissen, who will remain active within the organization in a broad role as Chief Financial Officer.

A proven leader with a strong track record in customer value

Reiant brings more than twenty years of experience in senior leadership positions to the table. He worked at Randstad for 14 years, where he held positions including Group CIO and CEO of Randstad Netherlands. He then joined Boels Rental as COO. Over the past 7.5 years, he has led the organization in 27 countries and guided it through significant growth and development.

Continuity and ambition

Peter Kruissen, who has led paraDIGMA groep as CEO for the past two and a half years, is returning to his role as CFO. In this role, he is responsible for Finance, Legal, Quality, and all M&A activities, including integrations. This ensures continuity for the organization and its stakeholders.
