Rudo Vissers: "Tight labor market is a welfare problem"

Tension in the labor market is ever increasing. In the first quarter of this year there were 133 vacancies for every 100 unemployed, now there are 143 per 100, CBS figures show.
"The problem lies in the way organizations treat employees."
There seems to be a shortage of personnel everywhere. Yet the tight labor market has nothing to do with too few people, believes Rudo Vissers, founder of paraDIGMA groep. In De Telegraaf, Rudo Vissers explains why organizations should focus on how they treat their people.
