Start of new organization Puls: employment advice, reintegration, (staff) mobility and sustainable employability
Inverzo, Optios and OxHill7, all part of paraDIGMA groep, will continue together as one organization as of Jan. 1, 2023: Puls. The services and vision of the labels are an extension of each other but each has its own expertise. By merging, paraDIGMA groep will create one strong brand from three successful labels, with Puls becoming the largest player in the market of reintegration and occupational health consultancy. By bringing the various areas of expertise together in one label, Puls, with some 165 specialists, becomes the label to guide employees, both preventively and during absenteeism, to a suitable and sustainable workplace.
Managing director of Puls is Marlot van Osch, formerly CEO of OxHill7: "By joining forces, we have more expertise in house, better national coverage and more clout on innovation and development to keep up with or even stay ahead of the changing market. By taking the strengths from each label, we optimize our services and service that benefit the customer and employees. We look forward to providing working Netherlands with sustainable solutions in the field of employment expertise, reintegration and (personal) mobility with all our enthusiastic professionals."
Preparations for the legal merger on January 1, 2023 are already underway; systems, products and processes are being scrutinized, improved and merged. With the formation of the new organization, the former three organizations can together serve customers and employees even better. This translates into more expertise and innovative services. The lines between the various services are even shorter which promotes support.

The name Pulse refers to the "push" needed to take a step. It is a reaction that occurs after the combination of a number of factors that can lead to a change. With Puls' services we want to make a positive impact on someone's (working) life. Puls is there for the step in the right direction.
