Making an Impact as an Employment Specialist
As an employment expert, you are the connecting link between employers, employees and managers. You bring clarity to the steps taken within the reintegration process and assess whether the work is still appropriate, can be made appropriate or whether guidance to other work outside the organization is necessary. With your objective view you know how to bring together the interests of both employees and employers and you always keep an eye out for sustainable and feasible solutions.
Your duties as an employment specialist:
- You perform various investigations, such as track 1 and track 2 investigations, sustainable employability investigations and investigations for self-risk carriers;
- You translate your findings into clear, concrete reports with practically applicable advice;
- In addition to your core tasks, you will have plenty of opportunity to contribute to other activities, such as attending knowledge sessions, training courses, conferences and seminars. You will also actively contribute to process improvements and the development of new products.

- A starting salary between € 4500 and up to € 5000 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your previous (work) experience;
- A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period;

How you can make an impact
To start work as an employment specialist, you possess:
- A completed post-secondary education in occupational health;
- A valid registration with the SRA;
- At least 1 year of experience in conducting employment investigations;
- A driver's license B and the flexibility to be on the road regularly;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
- Availability of a minimum of 28 hours per week.

Your expertise, drive and communication skills make you a valuable partner for our customers and an indispensable link within our team. For sound advice, you will visit the client location, analyze the employee's workplace and conduct in-depth interviews with all parties involved.
You will do this in the region of Goes, Middelburg, Hellevoetsluis.
