As a Health and Safety Nurse at De Arbodienst, you will have a lot of contact with employees and hear unique stories. You work closely with the Labor and Health Advisor and the company doctor to identify and discuss the cause of problems together. Employees who have fallen into absenteeism and want to work, but are unable to do so because of a medical limitation, you will support them together with the company doctor and advise them on the possibilities that are possible in their work.

As a Health and Safety Nurse at De Arbodienst, you can perfectly combine the social, psychological and medical aspects within the field of work and health. You will work independently and perform social medical consultations under delegation from the company doctor. You process data, prepare reports and advise on work resumption.  

As a Occupational Health Nurse at The Occupational Health Service, you will work during office hours, have little physical strain and have a wide variety of caseloads. You will join your own Employability Team and become part of a fun organization that is always growing!

• A starting salary between €2700 and €4200 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on your previous (work) experience;

De Arbodienst is looking for a nurse with a healthy dose of guts, who is enthusiastic and in line with the vision of De Arbodienst. In view of our diverse client base, it is desirable that you have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing, in addition to Dutch.

In addition:

• Do you have a college nursing degree;
• Do you have demonstrable work experience as an (occupational) nurse;
• Are you BIG-registered and is still valid for at least 1 year;
• Are you available for a minimum of 24 hours per week;
• Do you enjoy learning about laws and regulations in the field of absenteeism and labor & health;
• Are you communicative, sociable, customer-oriented, flexible, proactive and enjoy working collaboratively;
• Do you enjoy combining the social, psychological and medical aspects.
• Are you in possession of a driving license B and willing to work at our various offices in the region (Amsterdam, Schipholrijk, Heerhugowaard).
