Your health and safety service provider The Health and Safety Service, part of paraDIGMA groep, works with the absence registration and communication system paraDIGMA Online. With this system, we can carefully manage your employees' absence file and accurately and securely record all the steps within the Gatekeeper Improvement Act.

paraDIGMA-Online 1.0 offers you a reliable platform for managing absence data. Thanks to the user-friendly manual and instructional videos, which are available on the website of The Occupational Health and Safety Service, you can quickly become familiar with the system. These tools give you a step-by-step understanding of how the platform works and help you manage your employees' data optimally.

Within paraDIGMA-Online, there is also an employee portal. This portal allows employees to view their own file with notes, UWV documents and appointments made and upcoming. Through a secure e-mail, employees receive a link to log in to the employee portal. In the manual, they can find more information on how the employee portal works.
