Your health and safety service provider De Arbodienst, part of paraDIGMA groep,works with the absence registration and communication system paraDIGMA-Online. In this system, we can properly and safely secure the absence file of the absent employee and all the steps of the of the Wet verbetering Poortwachter.

With the help of the manual, which can be downloaded here, you will learn more about the system and how you can optimally manage your employees data. There are also several videos available on the De Arbodienst website that explain step-by-step how the system works.

Within paraDIGMA-Online, there is also an employee portal. This portal allows employees to view their own file with notes, UWV documents and appointments made and upcoming. Through a secure e-mail, employees receive a link to log in to the employee portal. In the manual, they can find more information on how the employee portal works.
