Our approach

WE HOLD UP THE MIRROR

Those who feel good about themselves go to work with pleasure. And those who enjoy their work feel good about themselves. This is what we focus on at paraDIGMA groep : the vitality of people in organizations is our top priority. When an employee isn't quite themselves, then we will look for the best solution; for both the individual and the organization!"

HOW DO WE DO IT?

We challenge and incentivize our clients to do more than just intervene in absenteeism and, when an employee is already in absenteeism, provide the best guidance. We have a different approach, by looking and thinking differently about people in organizations. We are there for organizations that really care about their employees. Who are not looking for a company that only supports the pursuit of legislation, but who want to make a preventive difference. This goes beyond simply intervening in case of absenteeism. It's about all the facets surrounding it, even before absenteeism occurs. We hold up a mirror and encourage organizations and employees to look at themselves, reflect and take steps. Steps towards more job satisfaction and engagementless absenteeism and higher sustainable productivity.

paraDIGMA groep 's FIT strategy - Sustainable employability practical application

When absenteeism occurs, it is actually already too late to make a difference. That's why we advocate a total approach. The FIT strategy of paraDIGMA groep makes sustainable employability practical for your organization. The FIT analysis provides insights at organizational, team and individual level. We also look at the different generations. This allows your organization to make the shift from curation to prevention and amplification. Insight and awareness is the first step towards a sustainable organization with vital employees.

A HEALTHY CORPORATE CULTURE

Organizations where employees do meaningful work, experience freedom and receive appreciation have a healthy Organizational culture. Especially when employees give each other honest feedback by talking to each other about each other's behavior: successes, but also where there is room for improvement. This allows employees to develop. The opposite is also true: companies without autonomy, appreciation and feedback have an unhealthy Organizational culture. Absenteeism among employees at this type of organization is high.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP

Whether you feel well is also largely dependent on your outlook on life. Do you have sufficient  control over your life? Are you eating healthily, going to bed on time, and avoiding smoking? But also, is your job still the right fit for you, are you taking responsibility for past choices, and are you willing to make changes to progress further? Individuals who feel they lack control over their own lives are more likely to experience absenteeism.

CHANGE COMES FROM WITHIN

Change is not imposed by us, but arises from within. The responsibility for a strong and positive company culture lies with our clients themselves. Just as 'taking control' is the responsibility of employees. This way, change becomes enduring because it is initiated not by us, but by companies and employees themselves.
