What is work happiness?

  1. First, this is supporting the sustainable employability of employees. Support them in what they need to be vital, receive training, have social security and be able to perform their work in a pleasant way. These are parts of creating a positive and healthy organizational culture where employees do meaningful work, experience freedom, receive appreciation and give each other honest feedback.
  2. It is not only the employer who must be committed to the employee's job happiness. The employee himself plays an equally large role in this. It is up to him or her to also indicate what he or she needs, what is going on and what he or she is up against. But also to seize the opportunities and possibilities offered by the employer. This interaction creates the optimal conditions to increase the sustainable employability of your employees and provides the space to look for job happiness.
  3. Both employer and employee have an interest in a lot of job happiness. First of all, the employee, because who doesn't want to go to work whistling? That the days fly by? And to see every day as a new challenge? Work happiness also makes the workday more enjoyable. The other side is for the organization: employees who experience more happiness at work are more vital, more productive and have fewer absences.
