Come work at Humaris

Henni worked for years as a civil servant and was ready for a new challenge in a smaller organization. During her search, Humaris immediately appealed to her; she didn't hesitate for a second to apply.

Henni: "I enjoy having customer contact and combining that with my ICT knowledge. When I saw the vacancy on the website of Humaris I applied immediately. Shortly after I was invited for an interview and subsequently I was hired as a Support Assistant!".

What makes the work challenging for you?

Henni: "No day is the same! It sounds cliché, but it is never boring and there is always something to do. It's a challenge to solve various issues and questions from clients and colleagues. That's what I like about it. You are busy solving and figuring out puzzles, and the trick is to offer your customer or colleague an appropriate solution that satisfies them! I also started as a Support Assistant and have been the department's coordinator for a year now. So there is plenty of challenge for me!"

As coordinator of the Support Department, Henni ensures that there is adequate staffing, distributes work among the team and monitors priorities. Henni is also the point of contact for client managers and team leaders. The Support Team now consists of four employees.

A new challenge every day

Henni: "Every day brings something new. One day we handle all the tickets that have been submitted by customers, the next day we have a big research job or we are busy solving a system failure. We therefore work a lot together with the Application Management department and fortunately this cooperation is very nice!"

"Everyone belongs!"

Henni: "We have a very diverse team, which is exactly what makes it so much fun. All of us have the priority of serving our customers and colleagues. The chemistry of the team is fantastic. Everyone works hard, but there's also time for a laugh and a cup of coffee. We complement each other where necessary and the strength of our team lies in the open and honest understanding. We don't ask stupid questions and everything can be discussed. There is mutual respect and everyone belongs!"
