Rudo Vissers, CEO and owner of paraDIGMA groep

As far as Rudo is concerned, the problem of the tight labor market is not the shortage of personnel. "There are enough people, but we don't take good enough care of them," Rudo said. "The problem lies in the way organizations treat employees." During the symposium, Rudo will share his views on the current labor market and the solution to it in absenteeism prevention. Rudo recently shed light on this in an opinion piece in De Telegraaf.

Emilie Scholtens, coach, consultant and owner of Pageturners

Emilie will share an honest and personal story during the symposium about the effect of being bound and captivated, the parallels she sees in this at organizations and how to effectively turn this around. With a good dose of cut-the crap and the necessary humor, Emilie will make you look differently at strategies for binding and engaging and promoting autonomy and results in the workplace.

Jimmy Nelson, British artist and photographer 'Diversity in culture'

Jimmy takes us into his global adventures and literally holds up a mirror to us. During his travels, he photographs people he meets, where he learns about the most diverse cultures, looks and languages. This is only possible once both parties are able to build a deep connection. His work is a compelling symbiosis of many elements that would allow us to see the bigger picture and create a more sustainable future for us all.
