Are you an experienced Labor and Organization expert who gets energy from building the development of our services with a small team? Given the growth within the team, we are looking for expansion. Are you an excellent consultant on working conditions, psychosocial workload and organizational change? As a Labor and Organization expert, you are an expert in the field of psychosocial workload, the quality of work and organization. Among other things, you advise on workload, work-life balance, stress and health management and undesirable behavior from a change management perspective. As an A&O expert you will function in a multidisciplinary team and have a wide range of tasks. In our approach, prevention comes first which means that the A&O expert deals with, among other things:

• Advise on the drafting and implementation of policies on the above topics;
• Research on psychosocial workload and vitality, including data analysis;
• Conduct and review the RI&E in the field of A&O;
• Supervising organizations/teams in behavioral change and collaborative processes;
• Further develop and position A&O expert services for the internal and external organization;
• Serving customers nationwide, willingness to travel is a plus. 

You will participate in our team meetings and regularly attend, for example, client team meetings, core expert meetings and professional meetings. You will coach and supervise the drafting of an RIE and contribute to the further development of our system in this area. You provide professional information to colleagues and contribute to setting up new services where your own creativity and input are more than welcome. You work independently and plan your own schedule.

You will join a relatively new multidisciplinary team with highly ambitious and committed professionals. Our team consists of two senior safety experts, one occupational hygienist, one occupational health and safety expert, two occupational hygienists in training and one occupational health and safety expert in training. Together you will work to implement, optimize and professionalize our services. You take pleasure in building together a service with which we conquer the market and surprise all our clients with our knowledge, expertise and quality. • Extensive experience in the A&O field (minimum 2 years);
• A certification as a Health and Safety expert A&O or ambition to certify;
• Entrepreneurial qualities to work independently but also qualities to work on projects as part of a team;
• Excellent project management skills and able to function as a sparring partner for our clients to achieve well-run processes and results;
• Vision of modern occupational health care and you are able to translate this vision into future-oriented services;
• Core qualities: committed, commercial mindset, analytical and creative;
• You are in possession of a driver's license B;
• You want to be salaried and are preferably available 32 hours per week, 28 hours is negotiable.

In addition:

• Do you have excellent communication skills and are customer-oriented;
• Do you have a service-oriented and collegial attitude;
