As an employment expert, we don't need to tell you what you have to be able to do or will do, you are fully up to date with the latest developments in this field and can do your job like no other. • Work in your own region; we strive for travel time to a client to be no more than one hour;

• Room for sociability; we work hard but there is also room for team outings and informal gatherings. Various activities are organized not only from Puls, but also from paraDIGMA groep , such as the FITsquad and company parties;
• Your qualities will be utilized; we cordially invite you to use and utilize your talents. In practice, this means thinking along about improving our processes and developing new products.
   

You are critical, entrepreneurial and covet knowledge. You are a sparring partner for providing a solution for the employee.

In addition:

• Do you have HBO working and thinking level and SRA registration;
• Do you have at least 1 year of work experience in conducting labor expert examinations (track 1 and 2);
• Have a service-oriented and collegial attitude;
• Can you move people in the right direction with your powers of persuasion;
• Are you presentable and enthusiastic;
• Are you available for a minimum of 24 hours per week;
• Do you possess driving license B.
