Your new job
As a basic physician, you will discover where your talents lie and which specialty suits you best. You will start with an inspiring onboarding program and be taken into the world of Labor and Health by our friendly, hard-working colleagues.

You, as a doctor, therefore see occupational medicine as a profession of influencing and not just making things better.
There are currently 60 doctors working at The Health and Safety Service nationwide. You as a new colleague, will be assigned to the area near where you live. Together with your employability team, you work towards 1 goal: creating awareness and behavioral change in the client. The Occupational Health & Safety Nurse, Occupational Health Advisor, Practice Support Physician and you, the doctor, make up this team. In addition to the preventive part, you also work together on guiding the client through absenteeism. This makes the lines of communication shorter and more direct. In addition, the competencies in your role as doctor are optimally utilized as a result; namely, this means more variety in tasks, for example, in working together and directing and coaching colleagues to whom tasks have been delegated. You may see it as a combination of medical, people - and legal knowledge.

- Do you have a BIG registration or are close to graduation;
- Do you possess a driver's license B and are willing to travel to client locations;
