Your new job
Your job consists of 2 parts:
On the one hand you are the company doctor , who plays an important role within our organization and has close contacts both externally with various parties, such as the board and management of our nice clients and internally with the management of the Arbodienst.
As trainer you will have the space and time to supervise our junior doctors. You have at least 2 hours per week per trainee doctor to inspire them, in addition to the daily scheduled supervision moments. You do this on the basis of individual competencies and skills of the AIOS. On average, you will supervise 3 to 4 doctors in training. As Practice Educator we would like to see you apply appropriate conversation techniques to the learning situation of the AIOS. And that you create a learning climate in which the AIOS feels free to share their doubts, learning points and personal opinions with you. You may see yourself as a role model providing intentional and appropriate guidance.
As a Company Physician, we see you as an advisor to the client and you are able to activate the employee and professionally resume work. Your contribution is important for the preventive and positive guidance of sick leave. Because you are close to the client, the lines of communication are short and you can quickly switch with your contact person, employee and the colleagues at paraDIGMA groep. You get the time and space to build a quality relationship with our various clients. The scope of clients is large, dynamic and because of this you will continue to develop professionally in your role as Company Doctor.
What do you bring?
- 3 years registered as a Company Physician.
- Experience as a Practice Trainer or do you have ambition? We will make sure you are trained as a Practice Trainer. How cool is that!
- A driving license B.
- Good ability to work independently.
