There are currently 60 doctors working at The Health and Safety Service nationwide. You as a new colleague, will be assigned to the area near where you live. Together with your employability team, you work towards 1 goal: creating awareness and behavioral change in the client. The Occupational Health and Safety Nurse, Occupational Health Advisor, Practice Support Physician and you, the physician, make up this team.

In addition to the preventive part, you also work together on the absence management of the client. This makes the lines of communication shorter and more direct. In addition, the competencies in your role as doctor are optimally utilized as a result; namely, this means more variety in tasks, for example, cooperating and directing and coaching colleagues to whom tasks have been delegated. As an experienced company physician, you will have more room to supervise complex problems.

The Occupational Health and Safety Service is looking for an experienced physician who dares to be bold and connects with the vision of the organization. You will join an entrepreneurial group; this suits you.

In addition:
- Are you BIG registered as a physician;
- Do you have a driver's license B and are willing to travel to client locations. Of course, this will be arranged as practically as possible;
- Do you have at least 5 years of work experience as a physician (psychiatry, family medicine or a medical specialist);
- Can you work well independently;
- Do you see occupational medicine as a profession of influencing and not a profession of just making better;
- Do you have excellent counseling skills and can act as an independent advisor to employer and employee;
- Do you have the right DNA: you are innovative, have guts and dare to make choices. You naturally think in possibilities and not in limitations and diagnosis.
