Functional Application Administrator

Nieuwegein region, 36-40 hours

You will work in team of 2 application administrators and 8 support staff and will be managed by 1 supervisor.
The ICT department falls under the Shared Service Center at our headquarters in Nieuwegein.

As an application manager at Humaris, you are co-responsible for the correct operation and application of the absence applications for the entire paraDIGMA Group and our customers. You investigate requests about the applications paraDIGMA Online, Planningsagenda.nl and VerzuimSignaal and offer solutions.

Based on your knowledge and experience, you enjoy participating in improvement and renewal of our applications. The coming months will be marked by a major migration project, in which you will also participate.

In addition, you will support the support desk by handling the complex or more technical support questions from the second line or acting as a resource for the first line.

Additionally:
- Do you have an ICT related completed HBO education or HBO work/thinking level;
- Are you junior or medior or senior and have affinity as an application and functional administrator;
- Do you have experience with the mentioned core applications, or affinity with them and willing to follow (internal) training;
- Can you work well independently, but would also like to be an active part of the team;
- You work clearly, accurately, critically and think in solutions;
- You have excellent written and oral command of the Dutch language;
- Do you expect to develop yourself into a strong interlocutor for our customers;
- You will be working from the Shared Service Center in Nieuwegein, working partly from home is possible;
- You are available for 32 or 40 hours.
