Your new job
As an HR employee, you actively collaborate with the HR team. In addition, you have an open attitude and colleagues know how to find you when they have HR-related questions.
Colleagues in our organization can come to you with questions about mobility (lease cars), personnel and payroll administration. You collect, check, modify, archive and process data so that the administration is completely in order and salaries can be paid correctly.
As an HR employee, you offer support in the process surrounding the entry and exit of colleagues. Hereby you take care of the administrative processing of the data in our personnel and salary system AFAS Profit. We are also working on projects to further optimize our processes and systems, to which you can contribute your expertise.

In addition:
- Do you have MBO+ working and thinking level;
- Ideally you have at least 1-3 years work experience in the field of HRM or in a similar position;
- Affinity with AFAS. You do not need to have knowledge of it, you will be trained with us;
- You are excellent with MS Word and Excel;
- You are service oriented and have good communication skills;
- You are accurate and have integrity;
- You work in a structured way;
- Are you available at least 20 hours per week, working 24 hours is also possible.

You will be working in the Shared Service Center of paraDIGMA groep, located in Nieuwegein. All support activities take place from the Shared Service Center. The HR department is also located here.
