As Career and Reintegration Consultant you guide the employee (from unskilled to WO level) to a sustainable employability with another employer (SME and Corporate). You are fully involved in the process and make sure that the right match is made between employee and employer. You conduct intensive interviews with the employee and analyze obstacles, capacities, opportunities and possibilities on the labor market. On the basis of your analyses you draw up a report with a proposal for a sustainable reintegration process.

You know how to use the right reintegration tools and provide job interview training for the employee in order to increase their chances on the job market. The client is always kept informed and you ensure the correct course of the guidance program, taking into account the laws and regulations.

You are analytical, have strong empathy and are not afraid to engage in tough conversations. You are soft on people without losing sight of commercial interests. In addition:

- Have completed a college education (Recruitment, HRM, Coaching, Social Work, Social Work);
- Do you have experience as a Recruiter, Employment Mediator, Job Coach or as a Career Coach;
- Are you able to be a firm interlocutor;
- Do you have a driver's license. This is because you will be going to clients in various locations;
- Do you enjoy helping people achieve their goals;
- Are you always busy connecting supply and demand;
- Grab your responsibility and strive for the best solution;
- Do you enjoy working solo;
- Can analyze and write reports well;
- Like to travel to clients or to our regional office;
- If you have other languages such as Turkish, Arabic or Polish, you are also welcome;
- Are you able to work independently?
- Would you like to work a minimum of 32 hours.
