Have you always been seen as the one who always has the overview? Are you a jack-of-all-trades and do you work well together? As a Planner at paraDIGMA groep you are the lynchpin between the medical professionals and employees.

You will work in the Planning Department, where you will support the medical professionals at paraDIGMA groep . As Planner you are responsible for an optimal and efficient deployment of (Company) doctors, Occupational Health & Safety nurses and Practice Support Company doctors. Together with the team, you fulfill a very important role: through your view on capacity, the professionals are scheduled as efficiently as possible, no time is lost and they can go to work pleasantly.

You can therefore work well with various colleagues within the organization. Your communication skills are deployed the moment a planning can be improved. You take a positive, critical look at the processes and actively contribute ideas for the continuous improvement and functioning of the planning and the department. You keep a grip on the agreements made and keep track of this in the various software programs.

Making the planning is not always easy, but with your solution-oriented approach and creative insights, you have identified and solved bottlenecks in no time. Nothing goes unnoticed by you: you check whether the plans, schedules and other activities carried out meet the set standards, agreements and requirements with regard to quality, timeliness and topicality and make adjustments where necessary.

In addition, you bring with you:
- MBO working and thinking level;
- Experience in a similar position (preferred);
- You work accurately, keep an overview and are excellent at working independently as well as in a team;
- You have a good command of computer systems;
- You are analytically strong, communicative and environmentally aware;
- You are eager to learn and have a good sense of humor.
