PSION helps organizations and their employees prevent and address mental health issues. We are committed, proactive, do not want to "stick labels" and do not get stuck in medical diagnoses. Our psychologists work with dedication and energy with individual employees with psychological complaints. We focus on personal responsibility and opportunities for positive change.

The success of this approach is extremely high and we can therefore boast an increasing number of clients in all industries throughout the Netherlands. Due to this rapid growth, we are looking for new psychologists within our young, enthusiastic and driven team.

Unique characters work at PSION

PSION's psychologists are all unique, original characters. What they have in common is their ability to get to the core quickly; the core of the problem or problems the employee they are talking to is facing. Because that is what the employee needs to work on so that he or she feels better, and can return to work in whole or in part.

Good to know: at PSION we don't work with labels or protocols, we think in terms of solutions. Often original, sometimes unorthodox. Always individual, positive, proactive and focused on tangible results. At least this way you can really mean something to others.

PSION is looking for a psychologist who is not guided by protocols, but rather by their own knowledge and expertise.

In addition:
- Do you have a completed degree in applied psychology (HBO) or a completed academic degree in psychology (WO);
- Do you get excited when reading about our vision on psychological counseling;
- Can you work well independently, but would also like to be part of a close-knit team;
- Are you in possession of a drivers license B and do not mind being behind the wheel regularly;
- Are you energetic, enthusiastic and dare to be yourself;
- Are you communicative, customer- and result-oriented and go for success;
- Are creative and resilient;
- Feel comfortable in a consultative role, in addition to the role of psychologist;
- Dare to stand for your own responsibilities.

With our knowledge, highly skilled and experienced psychologists, we help organizations and their employees with the prevention and management of psychological complaints. We do this not by sticking labels, but by focusing on the human being with all his possibilities and (temporary) limitations. PSION is not about theory or diagnoses and protocols, but about finding a solution that works.  

You don't become a PSION psychologist overnight: by working and learning, you will grow into this role and learn all about PSION's culture and way of working. During the traineeship, the main focus is that you will learn by doing. Right from the start you will have client meetings (under the supervision of a seasoned psychologist, of course) and from there we will look together at where you stand, what your development potential is, where your points of interest lie and what training is needed to eventually allow you to work independently within our PSION team. The training sessions take place at our headquarters (Etten-Leur, Nieuwegein, Rotterdam and Schiphol-Rijk).
