Your new job
As a support engineer at Humaris, you will be responsible for processing and handling first-line calls about incidents, malfunctions or questions about the Planningsagenda.nl and Dotweb application. You assess the first-line report and ask the right questions. If necessary, you will liaise with the functional application managers should you not be able to solve the problem yourself.
You work in our Topdesk ticket system to process these reports. Planningsagenda.nl is used by various labels within paraDIGMA groep , including psychological counseling, sickness law counseling and social medical counseling.
What do you bring?
Humaris is looking for someone who is creative, critical and thinks in solutions. You will be working in an entrepreneurial organization, this also suits you.
In addition:
- Do you have an MBO+ level through education or work experience;
- Do you have experience with MS office;
- Do you have experience with giving first line support (pré);
- Do you have experience with absence applications and/or Topdesk (plus);
- Can work well independently, but you also like to be an active part of the team;
- Are you entrepreneurial and feel comfortable in a customer-friendly role;
- Do you work clearly, accurately and feel good in a customer-friendly role;
- Do you have excellent written and oral command of the Dutch language.
