Boring company outings? paraDIGMA groep doesn't have those. We believe there should be time for fun alongside hard work. Besides the annual Anders Denken Symposium for clients and colleagues, paraDIGMA groep also organizes cool events for colleagues such as the roaring summer party and cozy Christmas drinks. All colleagues come together from all corners of the country to see each other again and we make a party of it. But we go further. How much fun is it to climb the Alpe D'huez with colleagues or go on a ski vacation together. These fun activities are devised and organized by our colleagues themselves.

paraDIGMA groep 20th anniversary celebration

A good example of the cool parties paraDIGMA groep organizes was the 20-year anniversary party on November 3, 2023. It was an unforgettable party at a great location, where we celebrated this special milestone with more than 600 colleagues, dancing and sailing through Amsterdam.
