Working at paraDIGMA groep as a Back Office Assistant

Sylvia (46 years old) works as a Back Office employee for Puls, one of the labels of paraDIGMA groep. She and her team are the connecting factor between the professionals, employers, employees and absence consultants. Every day is a celebration and Sylvia goes to work with great pleasure.

How did you end up at paraDIGMA groep ?

Sylvia: "After 20 years of working in primary education, I was looking for something completely different. The question was; which organization could look through my CV and see my competences and qualities as a former teacher? An acquaintance then drew my attention to a vacancy at the company where she herself worked: paraDIGMA groep! Based on my motivation letter I was invited for an interview. There was an immediate click and I was given the opportunity to show that I was suitable for the position of Backoffice employee. Four years later I am still working there. And with great pleasure!"

How do you like working at paraDIGMA groep?

Sylvia admits to feeling at home with this organization. Sylvia: "In addition, I experienced the first working weeks at paraDIGMA groep as very positive. You get a warm welcome, everyone is helpful and helps you on your way. There is a clear induction program, so you get to know the organization, the label and all the associated activities very well. This is very nice because you are the connecting factor between the professionals, employers, employees and absence consultants."

What exactly are the duties of a Back Office Assistant?

Sylvia: "Precisely because my range of duties is so broad and diverse, no two days are the same. Sounds cliché but this makes the work varied and challenging. The close cooperation with colleagues also makes the work extra fun! When the day starts, we first make a daily schedule together. We do this based on a priority list, and in between we answer phone calls and pick up urgent requests!"

What do you like to see in the new Back Office Assistant?

Sylvia: "The click I have with the team is very good. We always complement each other very well! Our communication to each other is very important. We learn a lot from each other and are all very eager to learn. The ideal Back Office Assistant fits well in our team, is structured and enthusiastic. You want to be part of our team and want to bring out the best in each other."
