Are you an experienced Occupational Hygienist who gets energy from building the development of our services with a small team? Given the growth of beautiful and challenging assignments, we are looking for expansion. Are you an excellent advisor on working conditions? As an occupational hygienist, you are an expert on working conditions and the negative health effects that can result. You advise employers on improving the health, employability and productivity of their employees. To achieve these goals, you offer companies support by identifying health-threatening factors in the work environment.

As an occupational hygienist, you function in a multidisciplinary team and have a wide range of tasks. In our approach, prevention is paramount, which means that the occupational hygienist deals with, among other things:

• Advise on the drafting and implementation of policies on the above topics;
• Studies related to exposure to hazardous substances, noise, climate, biological agents, vibration and physical stress;
• Conduct and review Occupational Hygiene RI&E;
• Further develop and position occupational hygiene for the internal and external organization.

You will participate in our team meetings and regularly attend, for example, client team meetings, core expert meetings and professional meetings. You will coach and supervise the preparation of an RI&E and contribute to the further development of our system in this area. You provide professional information to colleagues and contribute to setting up new services where your own creativity and input are more than welcome. You work independently and plan your own schedule.

You will join a relatively new multidisciplinary team with highly ambitious and committed professionals. Our team consists of 2 senior safety experts, 1 occupational hygienist, 1 occupational health and safety expert, 2 occupational hygienists in training and 1 occupational health and safety expert in training. Together you will work to implement, optimize and professionalize our services. You derive pleasure from working together to build services with which we conquer the market and surprise all our clients with our knowledge, expertise and quality. • Experience in Occupational Hygiene (minimum 2 years);
• A certification as a Health and Safety expert AH or ambition to certify;
• Entrepreneurial qualities to work independently but also qualities to work on projects as part of a team;
• Excellent project management skills and able to function as a sparring partner for our clients to achieve well-run processes and results;
• Vision of modern occupational health care and you are able to translate this vision into future-oriented services;
• You possess a driver's license B and are willing to travel to clients located throughout the country;
• You want to be salaried and are preferably available 32 hours per week, 28 hours is negotiable.
