Your new job

As a Company Doctor at De Arbodienst you play an important role within the organization. You have close contacts with different parties such as the board, management and of course your colleagues. Your passion for the profession is not only expressed to your clients and colleagues: you want to inspire and supervise the doctors in the team. You like to take your team into the world of occupational medicine and enthuse them for a training as an occupational physician which they can follow at De Arbodienst.

You will work in close teamwork with your employability team consisting of a Occupational Health Nurse, Occupational Health and Safety Advisor and Practice Support Physician. Besides the daily (preventive) consultation hours, which you can perform both physically and by phone, you will have sufficient time and space daily for the supervision of your task delegates, basic doctors and/or doctors in training.

You like to get to work and an advisory role is right up your alley. You know how to use your knowledge, skills and personal qualities not only for absence counseling, but can also apply it in various preventive settings within diverse organizations. Your goal is to ensure that organizations can become, be and remain vital.
