Do you have an open appearance, are you easy to make contact with and also pleasant to hear on the phone? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for a Secretary/Office-Assistant for myHBMcenter, part of paraDIGMA groep, for our location in Driebergen-Rijsenburg for 32 hours per week.

Your new job

Are you someone who gets satisfaction from doing 1000 and 1 things at the same time and still maintains the quality of your work while keeping the overall picture? Do you enjoy working in a growing organization where employees, clients and their talents are central? Does working and acting guest-oriented come naturally to you? Then we would like to welcome you as our new Secretary. We call this position Office Assistant.

You are important! They sometimes say that no one is indispensable. That is literally true, but in practice we think differently. Because without you as an Office Assistant, everything would go wrong here. You keep a careful eye on everything that happens in our beautiful office building. You give guests a warm welcome and ensure that they want for nothing. You are the organizational jack-of-all-trades who also has an eye for commercial opportunities.
The job consists of so much more than just answering the phone. Welcoming guests and putting them at ease, if necessary. Taking care of all training, courses and workshops on a weekly basis with all conceivable organizational, administrative and facilitating tasks such as arranging lunch and managing the agenda and mail. This is a small sample of your responsibilities that you oversee from your desk, overlooking a beautiful garden. 

In summary, we are looking for someone who likes to get to work, radiates energy and genuinely enjoys being in contact with people. In addition, you give your opinion on things that can be done differently or better. You do this in a connecting and pleasant way.
 

What do you bring?

paraDIGMA groep is looking for someone with an open mind, who is accurate, meticulous and problem-solving. You will be working in an entrepreneurial organization, this also suits you.

In addition:
  • Have work experience in a similar position (preferred);
  • Have strong communication skills and excellent command of the Dutch language;
  • Do you have an affinity for ICT; 
  • Do you come from a hospitality background;
  • You are proficient with computer and telephone systems and have experience with MS Office;
  • Are able to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Have a very customer-oriented attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Workday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm as well as Wednesday strongly preferred as a regular workday;
  • Working on location in Driebergen-Rijsenburg.
