Resolu helps employers in all sectors to manage and resolve Sickness Act and WGA dossiers. Together with the organization, the case managers look for the right solution for a maximum grip on the financial risks of sickness and disability. Resolu also organizes webinars, training courses and consultancy on these topics.

Resolu is the right solution for employers who want to control the costs of sick (ex-)employees. Together with you and partners, we map out the amounts you pay for (ex-)employees in the WGA. We will then discuss with you the possibilities of controlling these costs, for example by becoming self-insurer for the Sickness Benefits Act and/or WGA.

The advantage of this is that you have control over the employability of the (former) employee, as well as controlling the cost of claims. Resolu's case managers are certified with the Register Specialist Case Management (RSC). Assessment and further training in the field of social security and occupational disability form an important part of this. They are aware of the current Privacy legislation and regulations.
