Inverzo, Optios and OxHill7 together from now on: Pulse!

The time has come! The new label Puls, part of paraDIGMA groep, will be live from January 1, 2023. The services and vision of the labels are in line with each other but each has its own expertise. With the merger paraDIGMA groep creates from three successful labels one strong brand, where Puls becomes the largest player in the market of reintegration, (personal) mobility and labor expert advice.

Meet Puls: employment advice, reintegration, (staff) mobility and sustainable employability

Everyone who is willing and able to work should be given opportunities to do so. Our goal is to help the employee discover which path best suits him or her so that he or she is permanently employable. We want opportunities for employment to become understandable and achievable. Our experts substantiate the opportunities and possibilities with a thorough analysis and guide the employee and employer to a sustainable and suitable solution to the labor market.

Pulse: a push in the right direction

The name Pulse refers to the "push" needed to take a step. It is a reaction that occurs after the combination of a number of factors that can lead to a change. With Puls' services we want to make a positive impact on someone's (working) life. Puls is there for the step in the right direction.

What will change for you?

With this new organization we want to serve employers and its employees even better. All employees of the various labels will transfer to the new organization. If you are already a client of one of the original Puls labels, your contact person will remain the same.
