Press Release: Shareholder change paraDIGMA groep
Nieuwegein, March 28, 2024 - paraDIGMA groep has grown significantly in recent years to become a leader in the field of sustainable employability under Mentha's share ownership. After four years of cooperation, Mentha is transferring its shares to Castik*. Castik endorses the vision of paraDIGMA groep and with Castik as a shareholder, paraDIGMA groep plans to continue its strategy and growth ambitions.
Under the leadership of the current management team, paraDIGMA groep and Castik can take the next step in growth ambitions. The partnership with Mentha began in 2020 and resulted in a growth spurt for the organization. The number of employees quadrupled and national coverage was achieved through an office network with 9 locations across the Netherlands. In addition to strong growth by expanding the organization and attracting new clients, several acquisitions have further expanded paraDIGMA groep 's service proposition. Now is the time to look ahead to the next phase, including exploring opportunities abroad.
