How can you ensure lower absenteeism in your organization? By taking good care of your employees. paraDIGMA groep believes in a front-end approach. Maaike Meulenbroek says the following about this: "Of course it is important to have it set up properly within the organization for the employees who are already in absenteeism, but it is even more important to start working with the much larger group of employees with whom there is seemingly nothing wrong yet. ... Leadership and culture are most important, if your organization manages to have employees enjoy coming to work, you will find that absenteeism within that organization is much lower."

Many organizations already want or are doing something with vitality. Yet it is mainly the people who are already more aware of vitality who take up a gym membership through their employer or the healthier choice in the canteen. How do you reach the group that does not do this of its own accord?

In this episode, Maaike discusses our vitality scan; the FITanalysis: "With this scan we can not only measure how vital the employee is, but we can map out how he deals with vitality based on someone's character traits, among other things. This allows you as an employer and manager to gain more insight into the behavior of your employees and steer towards vitality."
