paraDIGMA groep Launches new label OffCourse
Continuing the conversation between supervisor and employee is more important than ever: 80 percent of absenteeism from work is not medical, but has to do with behavior. Managers and employees can discuss behavior at an early stage in order to limit absenteeism in the future. In order to support organizations in this, paraDIGMA groep launches the new label for training and development: OffCourse.
Training and development
OffCourse supports organizations in training and developing executives and employees to take control and get the best out of themselves. They do this by offering training courses and workshops in the areas of absenteeism, coaching and leadership development. Both at the client's location and at one of the OffCourse training locations throughout the country.
Practical approach
OffCourse does this a little differently; no overload of theory and complicated models, but instead actively working with trainers and training actors. By mirroring behavior or looking at the problem in a different way, we stimulate the participant to new insights.
Laura Klaassen, OffCourse: "The arrival of OffCourse allows us to focus even better on the personal qualities of employees in order to initiate sustainable development. With the arrival of this label, paraDIGMA groep offers an even more complete package to put sustainable employability on the map at organizations."
