Nieuwegein, September 1, 2023 - paraDIGMA groep, an organization with services and expertise in people, work and health, is proud to announce its expansion into Belgium as of September 1. The CEO of paraDIGMA groep, Rudo Vissers explains this step: "In Belgium, employers are facing a similar challenge as in the Netherlands: the tightness on the labor market is causing significant personnel shortages and high work pressure. With the vision and working method of paraDIGMA groep regarding (sustainable) employability of employees, we now also want to initiate a positive change within organizations in Belgium."

Rudo Vissers: "The success of an organization is highly influenced by the people within it and the way they are treated. Both in the Netherlands and Belgium we see similar problems, such as tightness in the labor market, high work pressure, shortages in certain sectors and high absenteeism. ParaDIGMA group has been very successful for years in the Netherlands in supporting organizations in overcoming these challenges and creating a healthy, productive work environment. In doing so, we naturally also focus in the Netherlands on pre-existing absenteeism and reintegration, but we want to focus primarily on prevention.

The different legislation in Flanders, currently offers fewer opportunities in terms of reintegration, but all the more when it comes to prevention. Since the absenteeism rate in Belgium is significantly higher than in the Netherlands, the urgency to improve this is certainly felt.
