paraDIGMA groep Expands with Ro-Ad Occupational Health and Safety Services.

December 9, 2021 - Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening will join paraDIGMA groep as of December 2021 ; an innovative and trendsetting group of collaborating labels with expertise in all areas of sustainable employability. Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening will eventually continue under the name De Arbodienst ; one of the labels of paraDIGMA groep.

Expanding health and safety services

In Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening, paraDIGMA groep has found a growing, certified health and safety service provider with a strong regional proposition. In addition, the two organizations have a shared vision in the field of work and health, making it possible to work with even more like-minded people towards a vital and sustainably employable Netherlands.

Absenteeism prevention and sustainable employability

Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening will eventually continue under the name De Arbodienst. The employees of Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening will be employed by paraDIGMA groep. The takeover will enable Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening to focus more on absenteeism prevention and sustainable employability thanks to cooperation with, among others, the (company) doctors, nurses, psychologists, vitality specialists, trainers, career consultants and labor experts working at paraDIGMA groep.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
