Cooperation paraDIGMA Group and BlijWerkt with support from Mentha Capital

paraDIGMA Group and BlijWerkt are partnering to form a new group. Investor Mentha Capital will take a majority stake in the combination of the two service providers in the field of sustainable employability with more than 400 employees. The transaction is subject to approval by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).

Wide range of services

The collaboration creates a strong and rapidly growing combination that challenges the established order with innovative ways of working. The combination offers a broad package of services in which a comprehensive approach and personal touch are central. There are already 500,000 employees affiliated with the companies across the country. Customers will benefit from the complementary service package of both companies and efforts will be made to share knowledge and capacity.

paraDIGMA Group is a rapidly growing group of companies in the field of sustainable employability. Its subsidiary Argo Advies is a health and safety service with an idiosyncratic view of absenteeism, leading to progressive and highly effective absenteeism and health policies in organizations. The group further offers, among other things, psychological interventions, outplacement and reintegration, occupational health research and advice, and corporate training. paraDIGMA Group was founded in 2000 by Rudo Vissers, he will stay on as director and remains a shareholder in the combination.

BlijWerkt is a health and safety service that, under the aegis of investment company Gilde Healthcare, has grown into a successful, leading and nationwide player where personal attention to clients is key.

Mentha Capital is acquiring the shares in both companies from the current shareholders. Mentha invests in established, profitable companies that have clear potential for further expansion through organic growth, expansion into new markets and/or acquisitions. Investor Mentha has 15 holdings, active in various end markets.

New step
