Absenteeism at work is high and company doctors are very busy. But there is no shortage of company doctors, believes Rudo Vissers, founder of paraDIGMA groep. Much absenteeism is not caused by illness, but by other things. Think of money or relationship problems, or arguments at work. And then you don't need a company doctor, but a good manager, budget coach or psychologist, says Rudo Vissers in Trouw.
