One of the main pillars of our internal organizational culture is personal leadership. A term that has been used more and more recently. But what exactly does it mean?

In our view, personal leadership is about a chain of circumstances. If you want to perform well at work, it is important that your personal life is in order. And, of course, it is also important that you continuously look at whether your current job still suits you. We like to talk about "grip. When you have grip, it increases the quality of your work.
Practice what you preach
We advise employers and employees on personal leadership, but as a matter of course we also put it into practice within our own organization. Because how can you help others if you don't also implement it yourself in your daily work? At paraDIGMA groep , for example, this means that we don't ask for responsibility, we take it. Within your function, you decide which way you go and how you develop yourself. Together we shape your future.
Mutual trust
Performing at the top of your abilities requires not only an investment from you as a professional, but also commitment and trust from us as an employer. When you join us, that bond of trust is crucial. That means, for example, that after your probationary period you get a permanent position immediately. And a performance review, we don't do that. We trust you to share feedback or bottlenecks with your colleagues immediately. Why save up when you can help each other immediately? We are not called paraDIGMA groep.
